The term of production and shipment of products will be specified in your contract. Usually, the production time for complex costumes such as transformers takes from 45 working days. We also often have a queue of orders. Individual configurations and wishes also affect the production period. The actual production time depends on our production schedule at the time of signing the contract with the customer.

We accept swift bank transfers in US Dollars and Euros from all countries. You can easily make such international payments from your company's account to our account. We also accept payment in cash and non-cash payment in Ukrainian hryvnia. Terms of payment: 50% payment at the time of signing the contract, the balance + delivery fee is paid after the production of the products before shipping. You will receive bank details for payment in the contract. Alternative payment methods such as PayPal, Western Union, TransferGo may charge an additional fee and are agreed with the customer individually.

We ship robot costumes and accessories to all countries of the world. Currently, our products are available in more than 30 countries in Europe, Asia, and America. We usually use EMS international express shipping. Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by self-delivery or by Nova Poshta, UkrPoshta delivery services. We deliver some large-sized products across Europe independently in our own cars. Before the pandemic, many of our customers picked up costumes by self-delivery from the city of Ivano-Frankivsk or from Lviv airport in western Ukraine. Now we can deliver suits to the EU border with Ukraine or to the nearest airport. There are also regular buses to most European capitals from our city of Ivano-Frankivsk.
